criteria:
z_min <= 100 m
z_max-z_min >= 400 m
where z_min and z_max are the minimum and maximum of the aircraft adjusted pressure altitude, z.
For a given flight YYMMDD the aircraft soundings file name is: P3Soundings_YYMMDDF.mat

For example, for the flight of November 11, 2011 (111119), the file name is: P3Soundings_111119F.mat

Note: The aircraft-measured winds (columns 13, 14 and 15) are not
reliable during turns due to flow distortions. So one needs to make
sure that for a given sounding, the aircraft heading (columns 7) is
more or less steady (slant ascent or descent) to validate the
winds. Scalar measurements (T, q, p...) are not affected by turns.

Note:
The LI-7200 also outputs a serial (digital) data stream at ~20 Hz that
covers all ranges of humidities with no clipping. This digital data
stream uses the instrument's internal clock that is not in sync with
the aircraft data system. We are working on synchronising the digital
data with our processed 25-Hz aircraft data. We plan to release
another version of this sounding data set with the unclipped fast
humidity from the LI-7200 included.
